Has Reality T.V. Gone Too Far?

Has reality t.v. gone too far? Well, some might not think so, but I do, and I don't. For example, that show "Celebrity Circus" puts people in danger, and there is absolutely no point of it.

Many shows make people do the craziest things. Even though people have the choice to be on shows like this, it is still wrong. In the show "Fear Factor," people are asked to eat bugs and climb up buildings. That's ridiculous! Why would anyone make people do such things? In the new show "Wipe Out," people have to jump on to big "bouncy balls" in a big pit of mud. That sounds some-what dangerous to me.

But other shows are interesting, and actually don't put people in danger. For example, shows such as "American Idol" and "America's Got Talent" are great shows for the whole family. People are having good, clean fun on these types of shows.

So, has reality t.v. gone too far? Some shows have, and others haven't reached that point yet.

The Baby Borrowers

The new hit t.v. show "The Baby Borrowers" has many people raging. This show allows teens to experience what it's like to have and to take care of a baby.

Although the parents are the ones letting their child in on this "experiment", I believe that they are putting their children into danger. Even though they are watching 24/7 and can step in at anytime, the child still could become overwhelmed and could suffer a tantrum. I wouldn't want my child to feel uncomfortable, or become overwhelmed. Most people feel this way about the show, but others feel differently.

Some parents believe that it really helps the teen couples on making the right and safe decision. I agree with that, but I would want my child to be as safe as possible. At least the teens want to make the right decision, instead of going ahead, not knowing if they did the right thing.

This show helps lead the teen couples on the the right path, and thats great, but could possibly be putting the children in danger.
